The Federal Office of Public Health monitors compliance with legal requirements for compulsory accident insurance and exercises oversight over Suva.
The Federal Office of Public Health monitors compliance with legal requirements for compulsory accident insurance (UVG) on the part of all authorised insurers (private UVG insurers, Suva, health insurers and public accident insurers). It also exercises oversight over Suva on behalf of the Federal Council. It is also responsible for adapting the legal framework for compulsory accident insurance.
Accounts for accident insurance purposes
