Contrats d’acquisition des vaccins COVID-19

Les contrats d’acquisition des vaccins COVID-19 sont publiés après conclusion des négociations avec les fabricants.

La Confédération a acheté des vaccins très tôt auprès de différents fabricants afin de protéger la population suisse contre la pandémie de COVID-19. Elle a ainsi pu lui garantir un accès rapide à des vaccins sûrs et efficaces. Elle a opté en priorité pour les vaccins à ARNm et les a complétés par d’autres vaccins.

La publication des contrats d’acquisition des vaccins contre le COVID-19 est réalisée en accord avec les prescriptions de la loi fédérale sur le principe de la transparence dans l’administration (LTrans), qui protège les secrets professionnels, d’affaires et de fabrication du côté des fabricants. En font notamment partie les détails concernant la stratégie commerciale ou le calcul des prix. Ces informations ont été noircies dans les documents.
