On March, the 2nd 2022, the Federal Chambers refused to delete the Motion 11.3811 Darbellay "To close the gaps in accident insurance". As a result, the administration is currently responsible for amending the UVG and, if necessary, other related regulations, with a view to guaranteeing the payment of daily allowances in cases where the incapacity for work is due to a relapse or to the late after-effects of an accident that occurred when the insured was younger, without professional activity and therefore without UVG insurance cover.
