For people performing military or civilian service, military insurance covers the costs of treatment for damage to health and any economic consequences arising as a result.
Military insurance is a personal insurance that covers the costs of treatment for (illness- or accident-related) damage to health for persons engaged in compulsory or voluntary service. It also covers any economic consequences arising from such damage.
During the period of service, military insurance replaces accident and health insurance.
