International Commission on Radiological Protection Statement on Radon

2009-11-16

At its meeting in Porto in November 2009 The International Commission on Radiological Protection approved a Statement on Radon. The intention is to publish this Statement in the Annals of the ICRP with an accompanying report on assessment of lung cancer risk from radon. Once this report is available we will seek feedback on both it and the statement together.

Prior to consultation and subsequent publication in the Annals, ICRP wishes to make the Statement on Radon available for information. It can be downloaded below.
