Work aids for evaluation management
Work aids for evaluation management in the FOPH are intended to assure the quality of evaluations.
The Evaluation and Research Service provides work aids for the players involved in evaluation projects. These are the project managers, the external evaluation teams, those commissioning the evaluation and other participating parties.
The work aids are designed to assure the quality of evaluation projects and their products. They also promote a shared understanding among all those involved of the procedure to be employed for an evaluation process.
Checklists and models for evaluation management
The management of evaluation projects at the FOPH is divided into seven phases. Work aids are provided for each of the phases for use in quality assurance.
