Legal Affairs Division

The Legal Affairs Division supports the FOPH’s work by dealing with the legal aspects of its business. It advises senior management and the units on all legal matters relevant to the FOPH.

Its core business includes drawing up and monitoring legislative issues, ensuring that legislation is consistent, assessing queries relating to the law and representing the FOPH in legal disputes.
