Directories of approved health insurers and reinsurers

Art. 4 of the Health Insurance Oversight Act (HIOA) provides for the supervisory authority to publish a list of approved health insurers. Moreover, according to Art. 28 HIOA, the FOPH publishes a list of approved reinsurers.
